The cost to register for the Global Landscapes Forum is USD 30.00 or equal to PLN 100. You may apply for a 50% subsidized registration fee if you are a:
- Student – You will be required to present your student identification upon check-in at the event. You will need to input your educational institution name and student number when completing this form.
- Citizen of a developing country* and do not work for an international organization.
*Those countries considered developing or emerging economies, according to the International Monetary Funds World Economic Outlook Report (2013)
Official country delegation party/negotiator of UNFCCC COP19
If you are an official country delegation party/negotiator of UNFCCC COP19, there is no fee to attend the Global Landscapes Forum, but you have to fill out the online application form and you will be required to show your UNFCCC country delegation party ID tag when you pick up your Global Landscapes Forum badge.
If you are a journalist, there is no fee to attend the Global Landscapes Forum, but you have to fill out the online registration form and you will be required to show your media/journalist identification when you pick up your Global Landscapes Forum badge.
- All registrants can collect their badges from CIFOR booth at the UNFCCC COP19 venue, booth no. 27, level 1, National Stadium, starting Monday, 11 November until Thursday, 14 November 2013 from 10:00 – 16:00; at the GLF Secretariat Office at the University of Warsaw, on Wednesday 13 November until Friday 15 November from 10:00 – 17:00; and during the Global Landscapes Forum at the registration area, University of Warsaw, on Saturday 16 November from 08:00 – 17:00 and on Sunday 17 November starting from 07:30 – 17:00.
- Please note that the Global Landscapes Forum organizers do not provide any travel or accommodation sponsorship. If your application is accepted, you will need to arrange your own transportation and accommodation.
