Kirit Nanubhai Shelat is the Executive Chairman of the Indian National Council for Climate Change Sustainable Development and Public Leadership. He is a retired Principal Secretary of the Agriculture and Cooperation Department, Government of Gujarat. Mr. Shelat designed and implemented large-scale projects for poor families, farmers, and micro entrepreneurs and remote rural areas. He holds a PhD in Public Administration.
