Director of CARE Peru
Milo Stanojevich is the Director of CARE Peru. He started his career in CARE 27 years ago in the area of micro finance and small enterprise development in Peru. He has been Country Director in Costa Rica and Bolivia, Regional Director for Latin America and the Caribbean, and Chief of Staff for CARE USA. In 2005 he came back to Peru as Country Director, and headed the transformation of the country office into a national organization, affiliated to CARE International. Before working for CARE, Mr. Stanojevich worked with youth employment and community development programs in East Harlem, New York. He received a BA in Economics from Princeton University and has Master’s degrees in Education and Social Work from Rutgers University and Columbia University.
